School don't allow outsiders including parents into school unless maybe during orientation.

Ever seen a MOE school these days? All of them have prison-style metal turnstile gates. A security guard is also deployed everyday, even on weekends. And you probably need to scan a card to get in or get out.

Nobody can suka suka go inside anymore. Same for the newer condos.

Last time school didn’t stop the public from going in. So some people would go to eat inside the school canteen. Usually those on budget as school canteen wasn’t known for good food.

How the world has changed since last time no need for security guard though some schools have a general worker who lived on the premises with his entire family and his kids would usually be students of that same school. There will be a house at the school entrance and that was where they stayed
