I rarely watch anything on Channel 5 at all – was browsing channels from the cable network and came across the preview of News 5 Tonight where Teo Chee Hean spoke about the lack of babies to replace NSMen. Come on TCH, you’ve only seen this problem…. Now?! And just to add on, who seriously bothers to watch News 5 Tonight – biased government propaganda spreading news channel made to function only to serve the PAP’s political agenda. Even the Noose gives a little bit of unbiased reporting.
It shows what kind of people the PAP is “thoroughly screening” through their tough selection process and how Tin Pei Ling gets to be a MP is beyond logical and sound reasoning. Seriously, I’m not going to dwell into a rational explanation of why we have ended up in such a position. I think the people out there know it already. I want to make a point about NS first.
In my personal opinion – NSMen are cheap labour for the government. As a Diploma graduate during my time in NS, I was only getting paid only $450. Did the government ever spare a thought for the NSMen who hail from poor families with economic and financial issues? This is daylight slavery.
Personally, all NSMen should be paid according to their qualification levels (matched to market rate) upon enlistment to NS. Let’s say if the market norm is $1600 (e.g.) for a fresh diploma graduate, then it should be paid accordingly. Of course, with higher ranks like Lance-Corporal, Corporal, and Sergeant and so on – it should vary. Are we proud to serve the nation? Do a poll right now and see how many Singaporeans are willing to serve their country? The poll won’t even indicate 50%. And now you want us to make babies? TCH, with your million dollar salary, you should make a football team – Or do you need Viagra at your age?
TCH, it’s not our fault. We want to have a wife, kids, a family. But how do you expect us to do just that with the ever rising high cost of living when our salary and wages are depressed because your open liberal foreign policy screwed us? And no, we don’t want $50 increases *please note my sarcasm if you are genuinely too stupid to understand* Wake up TCH – your head is spinning! Yes, I know the world is spinning but we are now in the NO SPIN zone! Pay me your salary TCH, I’ll marry right now and have babies! Lots of babies!
TCH, since your open liberal foreign immigration policy screwed us, my best suggestion to you is to get the male foreigners to serve NS. Give them PRs and citizenships and make them do National Service. Let’s see if your foreigners are willing to convert to Singaporeans and do reservist training. They will show you a very nice finger to your face old man, the classic third middle finger. Before I end this absolute pwnage of your stupidity TCH, we have another major problem to highlight to you – well, I’m hearing this problem since Secondary School anyways so it just goes to show our PAP leaders have slacking on their backsides – we are an ageing population. And with no new babies coming in, boy oh boy, you better use our surplus funds to provide way much better healthcare plans and benefits, nursery homes, build more hospitals, create more medical jobs and increase more beds in this country. This is free advice; you don’t need to pay me $15,000 for this.
