<p>A Stomp reader told the citizen journalism website that he saw the incident at 1.20pm.</p>
<p>According to him, the driver had pointed his middle finger at him.</p>
<p>In a video submitted by the Stomp contributor, the cab driver can be seen shouting at a man in English with the rod in his hand.</p>
<p>The man can be seen raising his hands and can be heard saying: "Okay, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!"</p>
<p>Both men are standing in between an SMRT cab and a white sedan.</p>
<p>It is unclear what caused the dispute. </p>
