Could be pressure from Grabtaxi and Uber. Like the 70%, they knew the right choice but lacked the courage to make the right choice. Many would complain about ComfortDelgro and SMRTaxi, but would never make the switch to Grabtaxi or Uber.
If he died in a ComfortDelgro or SMRTaxi, would the same car continue to be in circulation?
