This CNN mother fucker is stupid. The constitution deliberately left out the requirement of a concession because it is automatic. Otherwise there will come a time when someone like Trump who refuses to concede and the government will come to a full stop and requires the Supreme Court to intervene. Once again, let's see what each swing state certifies, which way the electoral college votes, what is then put before Congress and finally who gets inaugurated on 20/1/21.

I shall say this though...the latest push back from Trump and co is getting very interesting now with DOJ & AG Bill Barr getting involved, Mitch McConnell coming out to support Trump to a certain extent at least and the federal agency chief in charge of signing off on WH transition thus far holding off from signing the transition letter in favour of Biden....

The next two weeks shall probably make things a lot clearer...i e whether Trump's alleged claims of fraud and cheating have any merit or are frivolous and unfounded...

Two key points to note here...1) Trump is indeed entitled to exercise his legal rights and options all the way until legally exhausted...2) for Trump to overturn the current call in favour of Biden, Trump will need to prove in court that there is an overwhelming amount of proven voter fraud and cheating in All the swing states called in favour of Biden which currently blocks Trump’s path to the magic 270 electoral votes...
