You right PANADOL is just the brand name actual main ingredient is PARACETAMOL.
Others brand also same using paracetamol.

Most panadol have the same dosage of paracetamol. But the panadol extra have caffeine which I find helps and works better.

Look closely at the ingredient & the small name they have on the packing, seems like there are no more milk coming from cows nowadays for all these so call condensed MILK, they are all called sweetened creamer & milk itself seem to have gotten lost to the way of the raw material hopper! Mostly palm oil!
