Road tax and insurance is more expensive.
Tyres need to change more often.
Electronics lose its edge overtime. Will become slower and less responsive.

Charge in JB is very cheap and there is no 3 quarter rule

But after ten years, the battery may have lost its storage capacity which may need to be replaced. The cost maybe prohibitive. A hybrid BMW with small battery cost about $5k to replace currently. Maybe 20kWhr.A EV, maybe with 80kWhr means 4 times more. Just guessing.after ten years. But if you live with 30% less range, can continue using the Ev.
