Question is HOW COME JB no flood this time? When usually our esteemed leaders would be laughing off at our neighbors for spates of flooding... not only our "kampongs" and roads are flooded, even our famous impermeable orchard road is flooded!

I remember walking in floods quite often during my primary & secondary school days, yet we seem to take it as God's will.

That's because in kampungs and the undeveloped wild there is no capital loss from monsoon rains.
