Bus stops in Singapore got lightning rods or not ?

I was travelling on the upper deck of a bus the other day, and noticed a bus stop with lightning rods at both ends. It's a new bus stop but I cannot remember where I saw it.

Then the next few days I started going around observing the bus stops, and it seems that the norm is not to have any lightning rods.

So during a thunderstorm is it safe to seek shelter at a bus stop ?

if bus stop has no trees nearby, lightning rods may help. no point if overshadowed by tall trees.
