What a poor thing.. I think the robbery might have some financial reason for doing this.. Maybe they might not live in a luxury life like some people do.. don't even have to cane, ligate or castrate them, just shame them in front of their colleagues, friends and relatives.
most of the cases will be resolved, and the rest which are not, let the brats go through "due process" later..............
