if the Shit Times can only feature this kind of small time F&B new entrepreneur less than 10 outlets, and not someone who created AI, tech, bio or medical startup, Sinkieland is fucked. You want to play Gelato? Do you know how many Gelato chains out there, from Italy to Australia and many others? This sort can only charge lower price points and cannibalize local sales from the poor ice cream uncles/aunties.

They are both lucky and playing it safe by choosing locations with lots of students (NUS, United square)...gelato is slight over priced, staff are local gen z or millineals, can be rude when there is a queue and has never seen cash in their life as the place only accepts e payment, small range of flavours but not too sweet...all in right time right place and here to stay
