Bullying in the workplace results in negative work environment and decreased productivity

Workplace bullying contributes most to an unhappy work environment, and is far more prevalent than perhaps commonly thought. For some reason, such bullying seems to be particularly widespread in publicly-listed companies. Certain leadership positions in the armed forces or on a professional sports team requires the exercise of sheer will to ensure compliance. However, different rules apply in the office where bullying has more to do with the boss' desires than with the workers' needs.

You got mixed up.
There are rsfc, syfc and sfc

Rsfc = leepublic sg flying club
Syfc = sg youth flying club
Sfc = sg flying college

I think both the clubs doesn't have orfid bullying, even they are considered to be part of a pro sports team.

But sg flying college, also considered part of pro sports team , the finance mgr (also considered a leader) , wanted to ensure compliance for slut to exist with manipulation in the workplace, tried to bully a worker there when the worker found out that she is a slut. And I applaud the Mgt for being fair to kick out the orfit bully.
