Action speaks louder than words. If you love Singapore and want to show your patriotism, go more often to restaurants hiring old folks and locals. If this tendency is greatly noticed by our fellow entrepreneurs, they will hire more locals and old folk. We will reduce our demand on foreigners. And to further increase the output of locals, more investments can be put into more hire tech machines to meet the growing demand in their shops. Govt seeing this should providing productivity grants and cheap loans to assist in this area. What a win win for nation building!
