i love to eat. sumtimes wif a decent price u can have a variety of food to choose. a plc to gather wif frenz, love ones to enjoy the food.

let me kick off. i tink all of you heard of Vienna Buffet Restaurant @ United Square. eg wkend dinner price @ $39.80++ for adult.
you can check it here http://www.viennabuffet.com/welcome.asp

there are raw oysters wich i love. usually these will be gone in sec once it is out. I have to alert and kiasu to grab 2 or 3 of it. adding the lemon juice squeeze on it and swallow the cool oyster wich slip thru ur throat, ttz nice.:D

food are warm, not stale, quite tasty as for me, few flavour drinks and ice-cream.

ambience also not bad sitting beside the little water fall.

how abt u all? share share whr u have.
hoping to have a budget buffer restaurant wif nice food.:D

Personally I like Chinese cuisine more.

So last time there was this Tung Lok Ala-carte buffet.
Pearl River Ala-carte buffet not bad also.

Problem is normally can't eat $30-$40 over worth of food.

These chinese style buffet, normally they will give you the entree 100g of fresh prawns, peking duck and then the buddha over the wall soup. Finish this 3 is almost like 30-40% full already.

Another one quite nice is the M hotel steamboat buffet also around $40. Got steamboat ala carte and also cooked food items.

Prefer these days to go restaurants and order ala carte without the buffet.

The Carousel- the Plaza hotel at Scott, your kids will like it cos of the chocolate fondues or u really hve sweet tooth! U can try Kiseki(jap buffet)at the Heeren....try the simple delicious yet econ timsum buffet at Yumcha-smith street but my own best are those no-nonsense steamboat buffet eating houses along beach road with my fishing buddies!
