The public tendering system is pretty much a shadow play. A survey of GEBIZ from which shows many instances where is an incredibly short time between the close of the tender and required delivery. Sometimes less than a week. And we are talking about configured systems. Details are as skimpy as the TC tender.There is not even a pretense at propriety. After Bromptongate did anything change ? Nope. If AIMSGate did not involve withdrawal of services and political parties it wouldn't have been thought of as anything exceptional. Suck it up guys. They are laughing at you. Either there are no rules , lax rules (same thing) or non-compliance with rules. What does transparency mean ?

Public servants for purposes of Penal Code
56. All members, officers and employees of a Town Council and all employees of its managing agent shall be deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code (Cap. 224).

Read this from another contributor and thought it is worth reproducing it here:

For those who have been impatient to see the co-driver slapping the driver, this is but one good example of the co-driver doing the job. We have a constructive co-driver who do not slap just for the sake of slapping. We have a very good co-driver who knows when to slap such as when they see the driver dozing off or trying to pull wool over the peoples' eyes. Yes, please help to strengthen the co-driver so that she will not be bullied and pushed out of the vehicle.

Be grateful that this country still has patriotic sons and daughters willing to stand up to fight injustices...
