In the past, they toy the word "foreign talents", as a result, hundred of thousands faked CECA talents came and stole our local PMET rice bowl, not sure it was due to mismanaged by MOM when issue the EP.

I have a family friend whose kids are all overseas working because he says SG govt and workplace are discriminating against his kind. And they have zero intention of ever coming back or contributing to SG. Good for them.
And a few other families too are planning to do the same.
