Normal EP pass validity is also extended to 5 years. No sure why they need the new ONE Pass, from what is listed, it seems EP is the better option. Not only did PAP opened the floodgate, they removed the surrounding barriers as well. Huat Ah! Singaporeans hong kan liow.

3 to 5 years. The term has almost doubled, meaning there will be twice as many EP holders in the market than before. If those dumb as bricks oppie ask why labour market is getting tougher, the pap will say number of pass issued has remained the same or fallen. U r imagining things. In the past, they toy the word "foreign talents", as a result, hundred of thousands faked CECA talents came and stole our local PMET rice bowl, not sure it was due to mismanaged by MOM when issue the EP.
Now, this TSL claimed that they would be very stringent when issue ONE Pass (after learning from the past mistakes), can his staff more intelligent than the crooked ceca indians. Until now, does MOM very certain that those CECA Indians now working in Singapore, no one provided faked certificate?

I have a family friend whose kids are all overseas working because he says SG govt and workplace are discriminating against his kind. And they have zero intention of ever coming back or contributing to SG. Good for them.
And a few other families too are planning to do the same.
PAP creates a problem which created another problem, then creates a new problem to solve the old problem, them blames Sinkies for the problem they created.
