A Chinese property billionaire is set to smash the house-price record in London when he completes the deal for a £210 million mansion in Knightsbridge.

Cheung Chung Kiu is finalising the deal for the 45-room mansion overlooking Hyde Park.

The deal, once it goes through, will exceed the £140 million paid for a country house in Oxfordshire almost a decade ago.
