You see, ppl like you cannot get the BIG picture.

The Sinkie employers have now geared their operation almost entirely on the dependence of FTs.

Hell, their FTs employees practically hold them for ransom and not only this, practically
every Tom , Dick and Harriet or should this be Tan, Ong and Lee industries or sectors are running on the dependence of FTs.

Even your banks are depending on them and so is the newspaper you need to have delivered to you every morning to the cashier at some joint etc .

That's what you get for being greedy. And for those that employed foreigners only because they could not get locals for the position: offer higher pay next time, adjust your lifestyle accordingly. You won't die.

agreed. this is what happens when greed overcomes a person. if they'd made the efforts to pay more $$$ to locals, none of these will happen - no dependence on fts, no strikes, locals gets more $$$ to spend on family and there will be 2 million lesse people. serve these greedy people right...and they reported millions in profit per year? pay locals lah!
