Assuming this is true, can someone explain to me the motive behind the fake result. Weather is beyond NEA's control and forest fire in SG should be common given the dry weather. If anyone haven't bother to notice, almost all the grass have turned brown and many trees are shedding(See example of Bedok Reservoir below). Releasing more optimistic results doesn't benefit them in the least especially since they can always shift blame back to Indon. Cant figure out the reasoning behind this one

Old news. At the height of the haze last year, my friend who's working in NEA told me that they were told to under-report PSI readings and use average instead of peak figures. Plus, maximum reported PSI must not exceed 400 (even thought it went past 500 on a few days in June 2013).

There's no transparency and accountability in the Pappy govt. Another good reason to kick them out in GE 2016.
