抗议花红数额未公布？　350金沙荷官情人节缺勤

有消息说，滨海湾金沙赌场情人节当天发生员工怠工，350名荷官请假、甚至无故缺勤。

一些员工声称工作辛苦、年假难请、花红又没着落，还要向人借钱过年。

知情人士透露，情人节当天有350名荷官没上班，其中约200人请病假，一些则临时请假，更有人无故
缺勤。

据了解，导致荷官罢工的主要原因是金沙赌场到现在还未公布花红数额。知情人士说：“ 公司赚了那么多钱，到现在还不透露花红。而圣淘沙名胜世界却已宣布，没有签约的荷官可拿2个月花红，签约的则可拿7个月。”

“我们不少人家里有老有小，等着花红过年，在花红毫无着落的情况下， 一些同事还要向人借钱。”

一些员工也认为他们的工作环境比名胜世界辛苦。名胜世界除了管理俄罗斯轮盘的荷官需要站着工作，其他荷官可以坐着发牌，而在金沙只有百家乐和3 picture card的荷官可以坐。

Unions should keep quiet. Employment is nothing but willing-buyer-willing-seller. Not happy, just resign. Don't make so much noise.

100% agree. Stop complaint or resign. If they so go why don't venture out to be own boss then they know how the director board/shareholder feel.
