I suspect they want to hire cheaper foreign labor.
I also suspect they should not expand too fast and becomes a common brand.

They should move into KL. There you can hire FT at rm1700 per pop. You just provide them a place to stay. I think it goona be fine. So you basically pay rm1700 per pop. If he needs a place to stay, he probably staying on a single bed space. Basically it only rm500 per pop.
1700 + 500 = rm2200. Which translate to 700sgd per pop per month.

Here you hire a F&B personnel from Malaysia, they ask for $2200 for a start and if he doesn't have SPM, it's another $900. Plus your non working fathom worker needed to top up to your cpf calculating 37% of 1600 : $592.

You need to pay almost 3.5k to 4k just to hire a single worker to work for you.

KFC has been mismanaged, that's partly why Jollibee has stolen a chunk of its business.

Jollibee is just as shitty as KFC and McDonalds and Texas Chicken, only Burger King is suitable for consumption

Texas Chicken at Star Vista is the best one I've eaten so far
