Juntaland currently just intern nurse that can speak Mandarin. There is even a degree for nursing in NUS now on top of Nanyang Poly for nursing.

The Juntaland nurse might have studied in Sg for awhile or learn Chinese back in Juntaland. Quite strange why they don’t increase the intake for nursing students when there are too many IT people flooding everywhere
