Many Indonesia armies are not well to do and they prefer to work as peacekeepers in dangerous countries under UN banner
 
20K troops to do what? Fight with the terrorists?

This big mouther cannot even solve the messy affairs back in his own country.

It's to virtue signal. It helps to score points in a Muslim country.

In Malaysia, they did this by renaming a crappy little alley in KL.
