#EF6380Y BMW 2002 decided to park & block off 1 lane to the drop off point quoted I was dropping someone off at Gleneagle hospital and when i approached the drop off point, #EF6380Y suddenly perform a 3 point turn from 3rd lane and parked his car in front of me, blocking the lane i am traveling. The driver got off the car and walk away into the building.

Àre you a doctor? Have some compassion and patience. Maybe his mother passed away? Maybe his father is gravely ill? He cannot think properly.
