Reports indicate that the motorcyclist was attempting to overtake the MPV when he lost control and veered into the opposite lane, resulting in serious injuries that proved fatal.
Mr. Tan, who was a filial son living with his aged mother in Woodlands, Singapore, has been remembered as a loyal friend to his team.
