Does that mean Dr Chong, who was the Plaintiff's expert witness, initially submitted an affidavit that supported the Defence instead of the Plaintiff ? Dr Chong then changed his mind and resubmitted a fresh affidavit supporting the Plaintiff, and in the process discredited himself ?
