The reason you don't want to engage Ravi is not because he has many issues with himself. Thing is he is not in the network tgt with the other criminal lawyers, not that there is anything wrong with not socialising with some of these very arrogant pricks, but for the simple fact that best practices are being shared and insider news being passed around.
Like how he went for constitution challenges with the poor Msian boy and brought his family thru a roller coaster ride...most lawyers find it almost tragically comical...you do what is best for your client not what is best for the cameras. Did Ravi also know that they had suspended all executions more than a year as they reviewed the law?
