I drove in NUS car park 10 last evening, 14 Oct 8pm, there is a van waiting on the left hand side. I overtook the van from left and realized that there was a Mitsubishi Grandis SGJ 6046T in front, holding in the middle of the road as shown in the video. Meanwhile, a car in front was coming out from the right hand side car park lot. While the Van is on my left and there is another car blocking at my back, I moved forward,

unless you were incessantly blowing your horn at him (which we can't hear), i don't see why he came up to confront you.
afterall, he had his hazard lights on - probably waiting for an empty lot and moved forward to the side to allow you to pass.
happens all the time in carparks - just a friendly toot and you won't have to contend with any big fucks, anymore
