Bicycle and PMD shop doing sales and repair can remain open?
Bicycle/ PMD is a form of public transportation.
Bicycle type Public transportation is healthy and safe because it reduces risk of diabetes and thus improves population risk of T2 diabetes mellitus.
Riding a bicycle is also much much safer than using over crowded public transportation like MRT which breaks down quite frequently and causes a human traffic jam, which would cause rampant spread of COVID-19.
Thus, bicycle shops serve an important form of public transportation.
However, maybe to prevent your de France wannabes from going on shopping spree, no bicycle or PMD of price above $1000 will be allowed to be tested or to be put on sale by any bicycle or PMD shop. (All bicycles/PMD of any value/ price can be repaired however).
