Racism is a mental issue these days?

haha. not exactly.

sinkies especially Chinese have always been racist. disgustingly and maddeningly so. Other countries got other kinds of racist, but I'm only dealing with local ones for now.

It's just that when their mental health not so good, any old thing will trigger it. i.e. it will lower the threshold when they are willing to publicly exhibit their racism. When things are good, they just hide it better.

But you could make a good argument that have to be mentally wrong to be racist...
