That is to remove all free-economic ties with the hostile west especially. The following trades are to be scrapped:

Currency Market
Commodities n Futures
Stocks
Shares
Bonds

Primary materials oil gas minerals are to be traded by only communist government owned agencies with inter-government termed agreements and contracts w suppliers Directly, just alike in 1970s.

Similar for foods energies textile.

Barter trades without currencies. Trade with arms.

Trade by bilateral relations not money.

The way world surely pin down the desperate west to have their very final breath ASAP.

West already lost their economic strength and strategic advantages, upper hands with Chinese and West are very dependent and suspressed now.

If Chinese economy revert to Communism, west would be brutally fixed instantly, their current games in stock exchanges become gameover.

Bastard PAP SGX w become useless crap.

The communist ways are much more powerful. No compliance of any rules. No marker machanism. No reasoning no mercy. Hard Brutal Forces in Cold Blood. That is perfect way to treat the west.

If they revert to comminism, the CCP will collapse in the next decade.

China will not go back. She has come so far, out of the Bamboo Curtain and isolationism to be in-line with the modern world right now, she isn't going to crawl back into the dark past she just emerged from. At the moment, the country is just coming to terms with modernity with the rest of the world. The society will take time to get used to, learn about, and eventually become a part of modern society.

Historically (considering 6,000 years of civilization), China has been a capitalist (and money-minded) country, trading with the rest of the "known" world, sending emissaries abroad, and influencing other countries wherever here peoples went. Communism isn't a natural way of governance for them (or anybody). It was just to remove the tight hold the elite classes had over the masses and remove that monopoly and brutal exploitation, this stage is over for China, and they are on the way forward. Human rights have improved tremendously since the feudal times and their civil war. They are now ready to deal with the rest of the world, and able to see them at the same level. China is not an easy country to manage, no matter how you look at her, there are humongous internal problems. But they are working to overcome them.

Cheers!
