It took WEEKS to know Dr romanian is the main culprit who killed someone and safely escaped from Singapore. It is time Singaporeans start counting when he will be caught and brought to justice for killing someone in Singapore and managed to run road. Singapore is really having a big dose of incompetent government. Their standard could not justify the kind of salary they drawn.
