I recently went back to Springleaf Taiwan Porridge after many years and it really good. I had 5 bowls of porridge in one sitting as I was controlling my intake.
I don't know much about good Teochew porridge, but I used to love what A1 porridge sold in food courts, until they became independent and set up their own stores. Now they jacked up their prices so much.
Since you want to have a healthy meal if teochew porridge might as well diy at home. Teochew porridge these days are very expensive and not as healthy as before.
I not sure which is the bestest but know a few above average ones....cheap and good.
I know for sure to avoid geylang and havelock road.....cut throat and fucked up.
