1. The bak kut is a bit over cook and it would be better to use spare ribs .
2. To get to collagen, use pig skin or a few pieces of pigs tail.
3. The prawn a bit small size and next time leave the shells on.
small prawns are for boiling of the stock, big prawn with the shell on are to be serve with the noodles

thanks for the suggestions....but the soup really taste good...better than hawker centers...
