tried many..but i still prefer the one at west coast...Habib’s Indian Rojak at Ayer Rajah Food Centre....

The best Indian Rojaks originated from Waterloo Street and they were relocated to West Coast...Habib one them I think.
There were many stalls lined up the short stretch of road from the Museum nearby. Opposite these stalls, trishaws await for tourists and sometimes quite enjoyable to see convoy of trishaws battling down Bras Basah and Orchard Roads with blaring music.
Traditional Indian Mee-Siam covered with Vietnam hat and kambing soup were also favourites.

Trust me, it happens all the time but not neccessarily Kelings...I personnally withessed PRC exiting filthy toilets without washing hands and start preparing food for hungry fans.

Yeah sure they handle mee pok with bare hands. At the most they just pull out the mee with the hands and only the older stalls do it bare handed. The newer ones wear gloves then the rest of the time the mee isn't even touched bare handed. This is very very very very different from making roti prata. Sorry you have to make a better comparison.

As for your using god giving ppl hands to prepare food are you serious? Do you know the difference between bare handed and using cooking utensils. Seriously it's all of these silly excuses and bringing in god. It's a known fact that kelings are less hygenic than other races and they prepare food bare handed and eat food bare handed. Oh i'm sure you'll bring in god or some other excuse to explain why it's ok for them to be like this.

Some life perish, many are warded for weeks for food posioning. Yet the infamous stall at Geylang Serai when it reopens again under a new license, but same helpers, business still thrive like nobody business.

If this is not the best in Singapore, I don't know which?

That is the minority. For every 1 that is like this you have mentioned there are probably easily 10 more that overcharge, cheat, dirty etc.
