Used to work for them part-time when young.

The best time to buy bengawan solo is after 4pm. When you buy in the morning or lunchtime, the kuehs are stale. In late morning, they start to do deliveries all over singapore to their outlets, so by 3.30pm, most shops will get new supplies and old discarded.
