singapore here got such thing as police cover up or not ah?

reason, vy long story but i try to give sumary:

last Thursday, my fren recently went for his Carslberg beer company dinner in yishun
then when abt to finnish, cos everyone high some shouting started
then my fren kenna beer bottle smashed onto his face
he got cuts on face & had been admitted, ambulance came, also the police
now police case
but my fren manager wanted to cover up the incident
said that its accident
brief his staff to say they never see anything etc etc
is there anyone out there with advise on this type of issue?

how to help my fren get justice ah???

I know you cannot cover up when someone is injured and admitted to hospital. It is police case, problem is, are there any witnesses. There is nothing can do if no one talk.

btw, any of u know any carslberg staff?

wonder wat esle is happening now at this office in order to cover up? ads always say frenship etc etc but now staff/manager act like gangsters...

maybe can check/investigate if any other funny things happen there now...
