Be Careful of 'Recycled' Pork Ribs Soup in Lavender

For the sake of bettering one's profit, anything goes; as long as no lives' are lost..
..which is one of the main reason i never order the oft-touted coffee-pork ribs from any zhichar stalls. For years i have long suspected it's recycled out of their soups' stock bones. The coffee power and other condiments are just added to 'cover' the bland rib's taste.

Any other "recycled" dishes we should avoid outside? Thanks.

Indian rojaks & cut fruits should be next..esp in f/c where there are no cleaners; which means each stall have to collect & wash their used utensils etcc.
Never know when these unconsumed portion of the rojaks & gravies are being reused.Stalls selling cut fruits could also reuse the portion of the unpartaked fruits to blend them into your fave juices !...;)
