因為練跳舞爭場地，大學生竟然對老翁潑氫氟酸害命。一名去年考上高雄醫學大學的男大生，暑假期間和一名老先生發生爭執，推倒老人家被依社維法裁罰3千元，沒想到，大學生心生不滿，竟然預謀買俗稱「化骨水」的氫氟酸，二度找老先生理論，先用電擊棒攻擊，再潑灑一些些氫氟酸，但這一點點的微量，侵蝕老先生皮膚組織到骨頭，導致老翁器官衰竭慘死。

臉書上，長相秀氣的林姓男學生，目前是高雄醫學大學醫管系二年級的學生，但他在去年高中畢業，暑假期間犯下了殺人重罪。
TVBS記者宋珮文：「當時案發就在文化中心的這處涼亭，學生先是對老翁電擊之後又潑酸，而老翁那時候身體很不舒服，硬是撐著身體，走了將近一百多公尺，體力不支倒地。」

目擊者：「(老翁)仰躺著，很痛苦的掙扎，流鼻涕流眼淚。」
幫忙報案的好心男子說，老先生倒下還有意識，沒有任何外傷，還能跟員警對談，沒想到送醫不治身亡，因為在老翁胸口，採集到非常少的氫氟酸，也就是所謂的化骨水，一點點的量，害死一條命。
事情要從去年7月開始說，林姓男大生要練跳舞，老翁打太極，彼此爭場起口角，大學生動手推倒老人家，事後依社維法裁處三千元，男大生懷恨在心想要報復，8月到化工行購買氫氟酸，隔天21日，他再次找老翁理論，拿電擊棒和氫氟酸攻擊。

氫氟酸有多可怕，一般化學材料行幾乎不賣，拿濃度98%的硫酸實驗，倒在橘子皮上，短短一分鐘時間，果皮冒出白煙，還呈現黑色，一旦用氫氟酸，腐蝕程度乘上千倍、萬倍。
老翁被潑到當下，一開始不會感覺疼痛，侵蝕肌肉組織和骨頭，幾個小時後就像被鐵槌敲打，一些氫氟酸丟了老翁的命，一時的衝動，也讓大學生背負殺人罪。

高雄驚傳駭人的化骨水命案，一名高雄醫學大學的林姓學生，因爭跳舞場地與傅姓老翁起衝突，竟然將俗稱「化骨水」的氫氟酸潑向傅翁，導致對方全身嚴重灼傷、中毒死亡，自己也被化骨水波及，造成大腿灼傷，住院治療8天，手段相當兇殘。然而現在傳出林男的父母早知情，卻沒勸兒子自首。
據了解，犯下化骨水命案的林姓學生，畢業於高雄一所知名高中，以申請入學管道進入高雄醫學大學就讀。他是家中獨子，高中時期外向開朗，參與各式學校活動，相當活潑，不過林男其實深受情緒障礙困擾，父母曾帶他就醫，也在服藥控制。
實際上，在林男住院治療時，其父母已經知道他犯下驚悚案件，但沒在第一時間要兒子自首，還說出「等傷好了再自首」、「警察沒找上門」等語，疑似想包庇犯行，反讓兒子錯失減刑機會。

林男雖然成績出眾，卻將所學用在錯的地方，他向警方表示，會選擇化骨水是因為高中化學課曾學過「氫氟酸、硫酸對人體有嚴重傷害」，才會到化工行購買。他在犯案過程中也相當冷靜縝密，面對化工行提問購買氫氟酸的用途，他回應自己是高醫學生，「要進行實驗」，還事先背下學校的統一編號，藉此蒙騙店家；而他在做案後也遭灼傷，自行到醫院就診，醫護人員詢問受傷原因時，他也用實驗帶過。

對此，高醫大也證實林男是該校學生，目前仍在學，校方得知林男入學前的行為後，立即成立多方位專案輔導小組（結合系主任、導師與學務處輔導組心理師以及校安人員）共同輔導諮商，在維護校園安全的前提下，協助提供該生心理支持與輔導，期望該生盡快適應大學學習生活，並勇於面對司法。

根據起訴書指出，去年7月間，林男前往高雄文化中心練舞，卻與打太極拳的傅翁因爭取場地爆發衝突，爭執期間，林男出手將傅翁推倒在地，造成傅翁頭部受傷，送醫之後並無大礙。事後傅翁雖不願追究，但警方仍依違反社會秩序維護法，裁罰林男新台幣3000元。

林男心有不甘，決定再度犯案，他前往化工行，向店家表明是醫學系學生，謊稱要做實驗，成功購買氫氟酸，並在同年8月到文化中心，將氫氟酸潑灑在傅翁身上，造成傅翁頭、頸、臉以及胸部多處灼傷腐蝕，皮膚冒出白煙，傅翁忍著劇痛走到人行道求救，經路人發現送醫搶救，但他全身有35％化學性灼傷、傷勢過重，不幸中毒身亡。

警方根據文化中心的目擊民眾說法，懷疑林男涉有重嫌，前往家中搜索，果真在林男家中找到購買氫氟酸與電擊棒的發票，而林男自己也在攻擊傅翁的過程中遭化骨水波及，導致腿部灼傷，住院8天。經警方調查發現，林男除了潑化骨水外，還拿電擊棒攻擊傅翁，手段相當兇殘。林男被依殺人罪起訴，目前全案由高雄地院審理當中。
