No, none at all from this aspect of this fruit. I take a lot of watermelon but for its other benefits.

I read somewhere a few years ago that the most common banana is called the Cavandish, it's the most commonly eaten Banana in the world but the over production of it means it's genes are weak & it's susceptible to diseases due to the lack of crossbreeding etc & it might die off/go extinct in the future. The article says we should eat the other varieties of bananas & not depend on the Cavandish as producers & supermarkets will only drive it to extinction over profits, it must be a easy to grow banana i guess.
