据中国之声《新闻晚高峰》报道,顶新国际集团董事长魏应交两天前在2012天下经济论坛演讲时透露,中国商务部很快会批复康师傅并购百事中国的方案。这句话,将去年年底就消息满天飞的并购案再次放在公众的聚光灯下。

今天(24日)下午,晚高峰编辑尝试联系了并购案件的相关方。康师傅在高调表态之后,再次面对媒体,他们表现得有些羞涩,只是向媒体公布了一份声明:

康师傅声明:目前关于康师傅与百事公司建立战略联盟的提案仍由有关单位审视中,并未有明确的时间表,请理解我司不便评论市场猜测,倘若该提议具备充足条件向外披露,我司将依据有关规定,主动公告周知。

与合作方单方面的高调表态不同,百事可乐方面则表现得很谨慎:

百事声明:此联盟倡议有待商务部的审批,我们将一如既往地全力配合商务部就本次交易进行的审查。若联盟倡议获得政府批准,灌装厂系统员工的劳动合同将不会改变。 我们相信,此联盟倡议将在中国创造经济增长机遇,从而对我们的员工、对我们所运营的社区、对中国广大消费者都会带来裨益。百事将一如既往地保持其在中国积极参与、密切合作的伙伴关系。

康师傅和百事可乐的合作联盟到底什么时候能够获批?目前进展到什么程度了?随着前两份声明的发布,这些问题的答案都集中在了商务部。晚高峰从相关渠道了解到,按照正常的程序,类似的并购审批大约需要半年时间,目前审批还在进行当中,还没有准确的时间表。但是,康师傅和百事可乐的并购比预想得复杂一些,因此需要的时间会比半年更长。

面对媒体,事件的相关方出人意料地集体表现谨慎,这也从一定程度上表现出,目前,并购案审批已经进入了关键时刻,各方屏住呼吸,等待结果出炉。然而,这样一份并购,为何让整个饮料行业如此紧张?

业内人士分析,并购案一旦获批,中国软饮料行业将面临重新排位,谁都马虎不得。目前,可口可乐、康师傅、百事可乐分别位于内地软饮料市场第一、第二和第四位,康师傅和百事合作后,两者的市场份额将达到19.9%,将牢牢坐稳软饮料市场的首位。因此,这样的一份并购,也将软饮料行业的龙头老大——可口可乐,拉了进来。可口可乐公司今天下午通过中央人民广播电台发布了这样一份声明:

叶檀:现在国内软饮料市场的竞争是非常的激烈,康师傅和百事可乐这次是双方换股,然后形成一个战略联盟。那么事实上由于有换股的方式存在,两家的关系会更加的密切,那么这一次联姻的话很显然中国内地的软饮料市场它的位置会重新排定,它不光是一个强强联合,最主要还是一个优势互补。
