I actually agree girls should contribute something too. My thinking is nurse. Since there is a shortage of nurse and have to rely of FTs, why not put the girls in nursing position. This will also help them become more compassionate and mature. Very good way of curing the SG Zha Boh's SPG mentality. Also, balance things up a little bit at the university education level since both sexes are admitted after their NS.
