They sound like a new company. They don’t seem to focus on any specific segments eg, luxury vs economy. I’m surprised anyone can make money or have such broad knowledge to deal with such broad range of cars. If you’re specialised in a specific segment, you could almost instantly know what trade in value you can take to make money. Having said that, I’ve dealt with the “reputable” large dealers and I don’t find them any better than others.
