Should an aircraft regardless if military or civilian be flying over open navigation seas, be casted with Directed Fire Control Radar, which means missiles would be launched to destroy such aircrafts, such actions will only harm innocents and MORE regrettable consequences to even Nations States and citizens lives involved, as IMMEDIATE RESPONSE will be INITIATED by the pilot or the squadron, from taking evasive actions to DIRECTLY REMOVING THE THREAT, which means SINKING of the vessels or aircrafts that ILLUMINATED such radar on aircrafts flying over open seas....
