Two types of agents involved. CNB officers who go undercover is one. The other being informers paid by CNB. Sama sama ISD.

Nope, the agents from CNB don't do drugs. The informers/agents working for CNB may be addicts. Where do you think CNB gets their intel from? Dentists? Researchers? Urologists?

Any one is 'arrestable'. No exemptions made. It is what goes on after the arrests and during investigations that may differ. That includes recommendations from CNB to AGC.

Informers can either be paid or unpaid. They are not given the go-ahead to consume drugs. But even if their agent handling officers are aware, they won't make the arrest. If informers suay suay kena arrested during ops, just too bad. CPIB operates almost similarly.

No specific case on rogue cases but impossible not to have any for the past few decades.

Depends on their 'status' as informers and amount of drugs seized. Not part of staff strength.

I saw CNB officers arresting a dude in Sparks toilet once, I was washing my face at the sink when everything kicked off, From what i know CNB officers always park themselves in Toilets.

Years ago my friend went to Velvet and got detain by them because they suspect his a user . He look fair and skinny and always smiling happily ! End up in CNB HQ for the night for urine test and release him when negative .
Then some time later I hear got angmoh in Velvet ask people if they want pill but are acrually CNB undercover , so if you say yes want to buy you will kana arrest ! PUI ! CNB smelly like shit agency !

They do a lot of entrapment from what i heard, In the USA entrapment is illegal.
