It is sad that it should be against the law. People are not willing to die unless they have no more hope.
 
so its saying that the Court owns ur life...

last time, NS, sgt told us, committing suicide is chargeable offense woh.
 
And yet its also our so call constitutional right to decide whether to be on life support system by declaring our wish in this AMD....so what the diff then?
 
If it is our constitutional right, why can't we decide what to do with that? This law is seriously flawed. I understand the part about abetting suicide, but what if you chose to take your own life without any outside help at all?
