Chitchat ATB Pharmacist Resigned from NUH due to many Nasty Sinkie Complainers

If I'm not wrong, there are 2 kind of pharmacist in hospitals.
One is a technician
Another are full fledged pharmacist.

This atb I think she should be a technician or pharmacy asst, job scope to dispense medication.

A full pharmacist, especially those in the lab pharmacist, carries a totally different qualification and job scope.

A lab pharmacist I ever worked very closely with has a very broad spectrum of work. They work very closely with the loctors and dieiticans to manage very complex patients medical conditions, and customise patient treatment plans with loctors.

The foreigner pharmacist can’t understand you when you speak English then what happens if it’s some old people who go see doctor with their helper, their helper can’t speak the language of the ATB pharmacist?

No point beat foreign pharmacist to puppy, if they are pinoys all their Pinoys will cover and get a Pinoy manager to talk to you instead

This part I agree. Keep workplace grievances behind closed doors. I just think she cannot handle high pressure at workplaces. Not many people can tolerate unreasonable people in service line. Hence the attrition rate. Although being a pharmacist is an essential job, not many people think highly of pharmacist as well.
