The alleged offence took place at about 3:46am on Jul. 19 near No. 20 Upper Circular Road, The Riverwalk.

A Mothership reader alleged that it involved bouncers from nearby establishments.

Mothership understands that 23-year-old Theophileous Jebaraj was later charged with possessing a taser.

The case has been adjourned to Jul. 28.
