If you know you are going to fast for long hours, please prepare your meal well before doing fasting.

OMG u dumb twit, gastric attacks comes in different ways for different individuals. There're many causes of gastric attacks, I didn't say only fasting causes gastric attacks!
Must have being unvaxxed n staying too long in IMH makes u unable to think straight!
