Maximising lettable spaces in mrt stations have made her a darling butch in terms of profits. That's what she learnt in dfs as a concessionaire in changi airport. It's not rocket science and even a property / leasing exec can acheive that. What is required is someone with technical knowledge on train/crush loads, maintainence, peak period scheduling, project mgmt etc.

Notice that the rot has begun to show from her replies which is similar to the replies from pappy dogs on topics such as hdb, flooding, meals at hawker centres or restaurants etc. Her predecessors never replied along these lines even though they were associated with the pappies....

By the same arguement, Prataman should be paid a salary based on per population, per sq matre, and/or per GDP compared to Presidents of major countries like UK, USA, Tokyo, etc. The rest down the line, including PM, MM, SM............should benchmark lower than the Prataman.

Yes, she was retrenced after dfs was replaced by another firm (nuance watson?) and from what i understand was that was was very good in order-taking and making the arrangments of duty free items for vips that got her noticed. Retail / merch operations to running mrt, wow what a good F(i)T.
